Annealing furnaces
We offer several products for annealing furnaces. Our product includes, for example, products for batch annealing furnaces, roller hearths and Continous Annealing Lines (CAL).
Our products are designed for extremely high temperatures, contributing to maximized heat flux and reduction of process time. HSM (Heanjia Super-metals Co., Ltd.) heating elements, for example, are designed for element temperatures up to 1850°C (3360°F).
The FeCrAl Alloy wire and strips are widely used as heating elements in annealing furnaces. Our products has an outstandingly longer work lifespan than the similar products produced by other firms.
