FeCrAl Alloy Bar/Rod
Heanjia Super-metals Co., Ltd recently developed the FeCrAl Alloy Resistance Heating Bar/Rod that used to produce heat resistant fibers. The bundled drawing of metal fibers has extremely high demand to the alloy's purity. Common smelt process can't meet the purity demand. We apply the double electro slag refining technique and special control inclusion technique. After the WSR refining process, the alloy has high purity which can meet the purity requirement of bundled drawing of metal fibers. The unique technology of producing FeCrAl alloy rod for producing heat resistant fibers gives us big advantages and outstanding production capability.
The FeCrAl Alloys Resistance Heating Bar/Rod products have been exported to Korea, Japan and German.
